Return window

You may contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can usually help only before the order has entered production or shipment.

Non-returnable cases

We may be unable to accept returns for items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or returned outside the stated return window, except where required by applicable consumer law.
